Manager / Program Manager – P&C; Insurance

Delivery Manager with Program Management expertise to lead large-scale P&C; Insurance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end delivery of insurance technology programs, stakeholder engagement, financial governance, and cross-functional teams within a global IT services environment. This role will be responsible for driving strategic programs, ensuring successful project delivery, managing client relationships, and leading distributed teams across multiple workstreams.

Delivery Management

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex P&C; Insurance programs and portfolios. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget,



and in compliance with quality standards. Manage program governance, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation management.

Establish delivery metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track program performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and delivery excellence across engagements. Manage multiple concurrent projects and large-scale transformation programs.

Oversee resource planning, capacity management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking. Client & Stakeholder Management Manage customer expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

People Management

Mentor project managers, scrum masters, delivery leads, and technical teams. Drive employee engagement, performance management, and career development initiatives. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 18+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in Delivery/Program Management roles. global IT Services/Consulting organization .

Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs and large delivery teams. Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models. Strong financial management and budgeting experience. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in Cloud Transformation (AWS, Azure, GCP).

The Salary range for this role is CAD 180k – CAD 220k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
