Kelly Services has partnered with a client in Toronto, ON to recruit for the below role

Role: Customer Service Representative

Contract to perm: 3 months contract to begin with

Pay rate is $19/hour + 4% vacation pay

Required:

- Available to work Monday to Sunday- 37.5 hours/ week- 5 days with shifts between Monday to Sunday? Monday to Friday 9am-8pm and Satursday/Sunday 10am-7pm
- Comfortable working downtown Toronto onsite Monday to Sunday
- This is a temp to perm role- starts on a contract for 3 months
- Must have telecommunication customer services experience before or call centre

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

- At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
