In this regular part-time role, your duties will include performing venipuncture and conducting screenings to ensure donor eligibility while following health standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct registration and screening for donor eligibility
• Perform phlebotomy and monitor donor safety and comfort
• Ensure accurate product information in our computer system




• Set up booths at mobile donation events within the community
• Enhance processes to continuously improve donor experiences
Requirements:
• High school diploma and relevant education or experience
• Minimum 3 years in customer-focused roles
• Knowledge of Positive Manufacturing Practices
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft programs
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
