Our not-for-profit client is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Director of Finance to join their team. This is a critical leadership role that offers a unique prospect to significantly impact the organization's financial health and strategic growth during a period of exciting change. In-office in Kitchener-Waterloo. 4 weeks vacation ~ Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and manage the organization's finances effectively. Oversee financial planning and analysis for capital campaigns and fundraising efforts. Maintain the GL and all accounts by effectively managing bookkeeping, reconciliations, journal entries, etc.

Provide financial and planning guidance to the CEO and leadership team to drive business forward.

Experience managing the full scope of finance including month-end, year-end, audit, budgeting, forecasting, governance, and operational finance. ~ Open to candidates from public accounting at the Manager level, particularly those with non-profit client experience. ~
