We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations at an independently‑owned pharmacy with a manageable daily script volume — ideal for a pharmacist who values quality patient interactions over high‑pressure script counts. This leadership role requires strong clinical knowledge and supervisory experience.

Compensation: $50–60/hr, depending on experience.

Duties

- Manage daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory control, and staff supervision
- Ensure compliance with all provincial and federal pharmacy regulations and safety standards
- Provide expert guidance on medication administration and patient care protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy management
- Oversee the preparation and review of prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness
- Lead efforts to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Valid Pharmacist license in Ontario,



in positive standing with OCP
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a registered Pharmacist in Canada
- Valid injection training and first aid certificate
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on safety, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in using Kroll computer software and in insurance billing
- Experience in expanded scope services including injection administration, medication reviews, and minor ailments prescribing
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry regulations and best practices
- English required; Farsi fluency an asset
