We are looking for a Personal Lines Technical Support Representative to support a team of Account Managers to ensure smooth, accurate processing within the Personal Lines insurance department.

Responsibilities

- Process policy documents including letters, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes
- Prepare and update client files and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support Account Managers with administrative and technical tasks to maintain exceptional client service
- Ensure all processing is completed efficiently and in compliance with internal standards
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or obtain required information

Requirements

- Experience with EPIC is mandatory
- Previous experience in Personal Lines insurance processing or brokerage support
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in North York
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
