Breakaway Community Services is seeking a Director of Culture and Equity to lead our organization’s culture, equity initiatives and staff wellbeing. This role reports to the Executive Director and will shape HR strategy, inclusion policies and training across the agency.
The position requires solid leadership, anti-racism experience and the ability to partner with union leadership.
We offer 35 hours per week, full-time permanent in-person in Toronto, Canada, with CAAT pension and health care
