In this office-based position, you will support the finance department under the guidance of the Corporate Controller. Responsibilities include overseeing daily financial operations, conducting reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with complex accounting standards. Your expertise with financial software such as Sage 300 will be key to ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing support to governance operations and supervisors
• Prepare financial statements and necessary adjustments
• Organize and manage comprehensive filing systems




• Regularly update financial policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with PSAB and internal financial controls
Requirements:
• Five or more years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Expertise in Sage 300, Excel, and financial reporting
• Robust understanding of fund accounting and PSAB standards
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
