Role Overview
As a member of the Imaging Team, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring that hard copy documents are tracked, prepped, scanned, indexed, quality assured, and exported to the client in a manner consistent with the standards outlined in the Statement of Work for the project(s).
Responsibilities and Duties Working in a fast-paced production environment, successful candidates will work closely with the team to convert large quantities of paper or other media types into digital format.
Prepare documents for scanning, including removing staples and aligning paper to be fed through the scanner.
Quality Control duties including ensuring all items have been captured in positive quality per specified project requirements.
Remain punctual and timely with all tasks within the established Imaging Processes Achieve daily targets as set out in the Project Delivery Schedule Work closely with other team members to achieve project goals Adhere to the policies, procedures,
and privacy guidelines identified for both WCD and the project Qualifications
Education High School diploma or GED Records Management Certificate or Librarian Certificates are considered an asset Skills and Experience Solid understanding of computers and office equipment
Experience working with Kofax, Adobe, Paperflow, or other imaging software is considered an asset Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize tasks Written and verbal fluency in English
Maintain a positive attitude while working closely with others to achieve common goals/targets Ability to solve problems Natural drive for finding better ways to achieve improved performance
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Ability to follow a process and do repetitive tasks
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time Contract Length 1 year contract
