We are seeking two passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to inspire and nurture young minds in a vibrant learning environment. Responsibilities

- Design and implement developmentally appropriate curricula that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth for children
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration
- Support children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education accommodations or working with individuals with disabilities
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners to ensure a collaborative approach to education
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, attendance, and behavioral observations using computer systems
- Lead classroom activities that develop language skills in both English and French where applicable
- Manage daily routines such as meal times, naps, transitions, and outdoor play with excellent time management skills





Requirements

- Must obtain BC Registry ECE Licence
- Be able to provide BC registration number for verification.
- Must be legal to work in Cananda.
- Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings or related childcare roles
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- High proficiency in English.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education environments is preferred
- Solid communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively engage with children, families, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities, documentation, and lesson planning efficiently.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic setting

Wage and Benefits:

- ECE: starting from $22 per hour, plus $6 wage enhancement
- ECE ITE: starting from $23 per hour, plus $6 wage enhancement

- Vacation pay and 5 paid sick days.
