- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate activities across security, infrastructure, endpoint, service management, and business teams.
- Work independently to identify issues, assess options, and develop practical solutions while keeping stakeholders appropriately informed.
- At times, business needs may require employees to work beyond their normal schedule to support critical technology initiatives. The organization also supports flexibility to help employees balance professional and personal commitments.
What you bring to the role:
- Hands-on experience administering enterprise endpoint security technologies and security agent platforms.
- Experience deploying, upgrading, configuring, and maintaining endpoint security agents and policies.
- Experience working with endpoint security technologies such as Lookout Mobile Security, FireEye/Trellix HX, CrowdStrike, or comparable platforms.
- Robust experience supporting large-scale enterprise software deployments across Windows, Linux, and Mac environments.
- Experience with change management, ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and phased enterprise rollouts.
- Experience performing QA testing and certifying security software before production deployment, including assessing potential endpoint and business impacts.
- Knowledge of endpoint security platform integrations with enterprise authentication, SIEM, reporting, and other technology platforms.
- Experience with integrations involving Microsoft Entra ID, Splunk, Tableau, or comparable enterprise platforms is an asset.
- Knowledge of mobile security and experience integrating mobile security platforms with MDM solutions such as IBM MaaS360 or Microsoft Intune.
