This role combines leadership with hands-on engineering expertise focused on drilling equipment development. Reporting to the Vice President, you will provide mentorship and technical guidance to a growing team of engineers.

Your leadership is essential for directing engineering priorities and enhancing manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs and ensure they meet customer needs effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and manage mechanical and electrical engineering teams
- Oversee engineering timelines, project milestones, and deliverables
- Support design improvement initiatives for exploration drilling equipment




- Review and approve technical drawings for quality assurance
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering workflows and practices Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing environments
- 3+ years of leadership in engineering and product development
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
