The Enrolment Supervisor oversees student enrolment and registration processes across KIHS/KOBE, supports smooth student transitions into and within programs, coordinates graduation planning and credit tracking, and leads continuous improvement of enrolment systems and processes. The position maintains alignment with Ministry standards, supports school-level teams, and works to ensure learners are positioned for academic success and graduation within their preferred timelines.

Strategic Core Responsibilities:
- Enrolment Strategy, Oversight and Team Leadership
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of KOBE/KIHS student enrolment and registration services. Ensure processes are timely, accurate, accessible, and responsive to student and community needs. Lead and support enrolment staff, establish consistent procedures and service standards, clarify roles and responsibilities, and build team capacity to deliver effective services across geographically dispersed communities.
- Graduation Planning and Student Pathway Oversight
Lead a coordinated approach to graduation planning, credit tracking, and diploma completion. Ensure students have accurate and current graduation plans, with particular attention to students approaching graduation. Identify potential barriers to completion and work collaboratively with school and student support teams to implement appropriate interventions and support students in achieving their preferred graduation timelines.
- Student Transition and Community Engagement
Provide strategic leadership for student transitions,
including entry into high school, movement between programs and semesters, and transition to post-secondary education. Work collaboratively with communities, Education Directors, schools, students, and families to identify transition needs, strengthen continuity of supports, and increase awareness of KIHS, Adult Education, post-secondary pathways, and available student services.Lead the implementation, ongoing development, and effective use of KOBE-wide student information systems, including advancement of a one-student-file approach. Establish consistent practices for student data collection, access, accuracy, and information-sharing. Ensure reliable student information is available to support enrolment, graduation planning, student success, organizational reporting, and decision-making.Strengthen collaboration among Enrolment, Guidance, Student Services, teachers/mentors, administration, IT/data teams, schools, and community-based staff. Establish effective processes for transferring student information, coordinating services, and connecting enrolment activities with academic, transition, and student success supports.Lead the ongoing evaluation and improvement of enrolment, graduation, transition, and student information processes. Establish and monitor performance measures, conduct regular audits,
identify and mitigate operational risks, and use student and program data to inform improvements. Ensure processes and records maintain alignment with Ministry requirements and organizational standards, with a focus on improving accuracy, responsiveness, student outcomes, and service delivery.

- Education & Experience: Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Education, Human Services (or equivalent), paired with 5+ years of experience in First Nation education, student support, or social services.
- Cultural Knowledge: Understanding of First Nation pedagogical frameworks.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience using Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Software (LMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Mobility & Licensing: Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License and full availability/willingness to travel to remote communities via small aircraft and winter roads.
- Background Check: Clear and up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Check.
