Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Montreal, QC for an Environment, Health and Safety Manager. The role includes developing, implementing, and overseeing health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations,



and promoting workplace safety training programs. The manager will also investigate incidents, conduct regular safety audits, and work closely with management to promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications

- Experience in developing and executing health and safety policies and procedures
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations
- Risk assessment and incident investigation skills
- Ability to conduct safety audits and inspections
- Solid communication and training skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing safety training programs
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., CSP, CIH) is a plus
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical equipment industry is beneficial
