Responsibilities

- Perform professional skincare services including facials, exfoliations, and skin analysis tailored to individual client needs
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision to enhance clients’ eye aesthetics
- Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and recommended treatments to promote healthy skin
- Manage retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and upselling additional services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere at the front desk and during consultations
- Handle appointment scheduling, check-ins,



and payment processing efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas following health regulations and protocols
- Know how to do manicure, pedicure

Skills

- Proven experience in esthetician services with a focus on eyelash extensions and skincare treatments
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and effectively
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience from check-in to checkout
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling and client inquiries
- Knowledge of current beauty trends, skincare products, and techniques for professional application
- Reliable team player with a proactive attitude eager to learn and grow within the beauty industry

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
