Our banking client is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead full cycle recruitment using technology, AI, and cyber security hiring expertise

Join a high-volume technology recruitment team supporting critical hiring initiatives across AI and cyber security portfolios within a large financial services setting. This role focuses on full cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, reporting, and talent advisory support for senior technology hiring. The position offers visibility with senior executives and ownership over complex technology recruitment mandates within a collaborative 11-member team. Training is provided, and the opportunity supports long-term engagement potential.

Must Haves

- 10+ years in technology recruitment and full cycle recruitment
- 5+ years recruiting for senior-level technology roles , including AI and cyber security




- Background within a large enterprise organization managing complex recruitment portfolios independently
- Talent acquisition , sourcing strategies , stakeholder management, and recruitment reporting experience
- Post secondary education in any discipline

- Experience supporting special projects and talent-related initiatives
- Industry network participation and recruiting event representation

Responsibilities

- Lead the full recruitment cycle for technology hiring portfolios
- Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for active and passive candidates
- Partner with HR and business leaders to develop sourcing plans
- Provide market insights, talent gap analysis, and hiring recommendations
- Use recruitment metrics and data to refine hiring strategies
- Manage stakeholder relationships across senior leadership groups
- Support reporting, project work, and talent-related initiatives
