Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Execute residential painting projects with precision using hand tools, power tools, and airless paint sprayers
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces with attention to detail.
- Perform restoration work on older or damaged surfaces to restore them to their original condition.




- Manage time effectively to complete projects within scheduled deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure expectations are met and questions are addressed promptly.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction painting, residential painting, commercial painting, or industrial painting.
- Solid knowledge of surface preparation techniques including caulking
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey project details clearly.
