Our team has an immediate permanent opening for a Prompt Engineering Expert.

Responsibilities

- Design prompts in specific scenarios, build high-quality prompt datasets and improve the effect of pre-trained models in the scenario.
- Experiment with various new prompt designs and explore the innovative methods of pre-trained language models in different tasks.
- Fine-tune instructions for the pre-trained model based on specific scenarios to optimize the performance and effect of the model. What you/'ll bring to the team:
- Be familiar with the architecture and operations of large-scale language models and basic operations of prompt projects. Be familiar with NLP-related task modelling, such as classification, dialogue, etc.
- Have basic programming skills and be proficient in writing small Python programs.
- R&D; experience in distributed computing.

Experience developing distributed algorithms on mainstream deep learning platforms such as TensorFlow or Pytorch is preferred. Strong oral and written expression skills, a solid ability to raise and solve problems.
