Golden Eagle Farms is looking for Agriculture Farm Supervisors, to support blueberry and cranberry operations in Pitt Meadows, BC. Work will commence as soon as possible. Job duties include:

· Coordinate, assign and supervise the work of General Farm Workers, farm machinery operators, Farm Labourers and harvesting labourers

· Supervise, monitor, and enforce procedures to maintain crop health

· Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations

· Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies

· Develop work schedules and establish procedures

· Ensure farm safety, food safety and security and bio-security procedures are followed

· Maintain quality control and production records

· May perform general farm duties

· May operate and repair farm machinery, tools, and equipment required for growing and packing harvest

· May operate and repair digital technology and communication tools and equipment

Pay is $48,000/annually, 40+ hours a week. No formal education is required. Related experience is an asset, but not a requirement.

Work is outdoors, in all weather conditions and is physically demanding.
