Our client is a growing Distribution Company within consumer goods who’s looking to hire a talented Regional General Manager. This is an IN OFFICE role that can be located the general Mississauga area. This is a fun, stable, and healthy company that has a family/team-centered culture.

General Manager (regional):

- Must have strong experience in either Wholesale, Retail or 3PL operations
- Must be bilingual in French/English
- This is an on site role
- Will be managing a region of a few distribution centers, each with it's own head of ops who oversees all aspects of operations from warehouse, to fleet, to sales, and so on
- Experience managing multiple sites is preferable
- Exposure to P&L;/budget management is highly desirable
- Must be comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time




- Salary likely $150k-$170k CAD + 30% bonus, car allowance, benefits, PTO
