You will lead the regional BCRM program, directing a team to strengthen operational resilience and embed robust risk practices across the region. This second line of defense role partners with business leaders to drive program effectiveness, ensure regulatory compliance (OSFI) and governance, and provide expert risk insights to senior management and regulators.
