- Assist in driving lead and pipeline generation by ensuring all event collateral, lead scanners and marketing materials are prepared to maximize attendee engagement.
- Work cross-functionally with Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing to coordinate event messaging materials and coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to inform outreach to attendee lists.
- Execute tradeshow event experiences including managing booth shipments, organizing promotional swag, coordinating with venues and maintaining relationships with external vendors.

- Coordinate the end-to-end tracking of event impact by ensuring leads are properly uploaded and attributed in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate event updates clearly and professionally to stakeholders of all functions and seniorities, from sales reps to executives.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on coordinating events, trade shows or marketing campaigns (ideally within B2B SaaS).
- Strong project coordination, time management, detail orientation and basic budget-tracking experience.
- Experience communicating with external suppliers, agencies and venues to coordinate a wide range of event services.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-service mindset.
- The ability to travel nationally and internationally up to 25% to provide on-site event support.
- A proactive problem-solver who brings creative, organized ideas to elevate the attendee experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent hands-on work experience.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana and event-hosting platforms is highly preferred.
