Easy Auto is growing, and we’re looking for an energetic, motivated, and results-driven Sales & Finance Manager to join our team!

If you have 1+ year of experience in the automotive industry, a solid sales mindset, and the ability to build genuine relationships with customers, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

- 1+ year of automotive industry experience
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Energetic, motivated, and positive personality
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Automotive finance experience is an asset
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow and make money

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
- Present vehicle and financing options based on customer needs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships




- Work with lenders and financial institutions to structure deals
- Follow up with leads and maximize sales opportunities
- Work toward and exceed monthly sales targets
