In this position, you will oversee and execute various accounting operations, financial statements preparation, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Your role includes mentoring accounting staff and supporting budgeting as well as audits, contributing to strategic decisions that affect the company and the community. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll operations
- Prepare and assess financial reports and statements
- Oversee financial compliance and audit coordination
- Develop internal controls and accounting policies

- At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience
