We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize products and materials. The role also includes shipping and receiving support, order preparation, inventory handling, and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.

- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.

- Move pallets, products, and materials to designated locations.

- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.

- Stack and organize products safely in warehouse and racking areas.

- Assist with shipping and receiving operations.

- Verify product quantities, labels, and locations.

- Use RF scanners or warehouse systems when required.

- Perform daily pre-use forklift inspections.

- Report equipment damage, mechanical issues, and safety concerns.

- Maintain accurate movement and placement of inventory.

- Follow all forklift traffic rules and warehouse safety procedures.





- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

- Perform general labour duties when forklift operation is not required.

- Follow supervisor instructions and company policies.

- Work efficiently with team members to meet daily productivity targets.

Requirements

- Previous forklift operating experience.

- Valid forklift certification/licence where required.

- Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred.

- Experience with Counterbalance, Reach Truck, Order Picker, or other forklift equipment is an asset.

- Ability to lift and handle materials safely.

- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive physical tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
