Your focus will include project delivery, mentorship, and business development in a collaborative setting. You will report directly to the Director of Ecology and EIA,



facilitating integrated solutions for client needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a dedicated team of wildlife professionalsEnsure project delivery and client satisfactionPromote mentorship and career development practicesCollaborate with Directors and Group Managers for optimal resource useUphold safety, health, and environmental commitmentsRequirements:Bachelor's in Biology, Ecology, or related fieldMinimum 8 years in environmental consultingLeadership experience in multidisciplinary teamsKnowledge of Western Canada's environmental regulationsValid driver's license and travel willingnessElevate wildlife services and foster collaboration while maximizing impact and growth at WSP.#J-18808-Ljbffr
