This role is suited for someone with strong hands-on experience in DTMF IVR development, Cisco CVP, Cisco Call Studio, Java integrations, and contact-center routing flows.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain DTMF IVR applications on Cisco CVP and Cisco Call Studio.
- Build Java-based custom elements and backend integrations for customer self-service flows.
- Integrate IVR applications with REST APIs, OAuth2, XML web services, and MS SQL Server.
- Support data sharing between IVR journeys and agent desktop experiences.
- Work with UCCE/ICM routing scripts, DNIS handling, skill-group queuing, CTI variables, and Finesse Agent Desktop.
- Participate in testing and validation using tools such as Cyara where applicable.

What We Are Looking For





- 4+ years of experience in DTMF IVR application development in a contact-center environment.
- Solid experience with Cisco CVP, Cisco Call Studio, VXML Server, and Apache Tomcat.
- Hands-on Java development experience for CVP custom elements and service integrations.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth2, XML web services, and MS SQL Server.
- Understanding of UCCE/ICM integration patterns for routing and desktop handoff.

Nice to Have

- Experience with customer self-service solutions and production IVR support.
- Exposure to Cyara or similar IVR testing platforms.
