On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking a Full-Stack AI Developer will be responsible for developing production-grade AI solutions and integrating them into business workflows.

This individual will work directly with business users and technical teams to understand requirements, build solutions, deploy applications, and support operational success.

The role requires a balance of AI engineering, software development, integration, and cloud deployment experience. While familiarity with modern AI platforms is important, the primary focus is on delivering working solutions rather than conducting research or creating conceptual designs.

Key Responsibilities AI Solution Development

- Build and deploy production-grade GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Develop Python services, APIs, orchestration components, and integration layers.
- Design and implement retrieval pipelines, prompt strategies, and agent workflows.
- Build reusable components that can be leveraged across multiple AI use cases.
- Convert business requirements into working AI-enabled applications.

Enterprise Integration

- Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and workflow platforms.
- Work with stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design secure integrations that comply with enterprise security and governance requirements.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, data, and security teams to resolve technical dependencies.

Full-Stack Development

- Develop backend services and APIs using Python and modern development frameworks.
- Build user-facing applications and interfaces using React, TypeScript, or comparable technologies.
- Create dashboards, workflow interfaces, reviewer experiences, and operational tools.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, enhancement, and optimization activities.

Deployment & Production Support

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Support deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
- Implement logging, monitoring, observability, and alerting capabilities.




- Troubleshoot production issues across application, AI, data, API, and integration layers.
- Contribute to operational runbooks and support documentation.

Mandatory Criteria The Successful Candidate Must Demonstrate Software Engineering

- Experience developing production-grade applications using modern development practices.
- Experience with testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.

GenAI & Agentic AI

- Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval strategies, agent orchestration, and AI evaluation techniques.
- Ability to explain real-world AI implementations and measurable business outcomes.

Full-Stack Development

- Experience building backend services and APIs.
- Experience with modern front-end development using React, TypeScript, or similar frameworks.
- Experience building end-to-end applications that include both user interfaces and backend services.

Enterprise Integration & Delivery

- Experience integrating applications with enterprise platforms, APIs, databases, and workflow systems.
- Experience deploying solutions across development, testing, and production environments.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ability to independently solve complex technical and integration challenges.

Cloud & DevOps

- Experience deploying cloud-native solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, and operational support processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and AI capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Databricks, MLflow, Unity Catalog, or related data and AI platforms.
- Experience implementing multi-agent workflows, tool-calling agents,



or advanced orchestration patterns.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, etc.).
- Experience with intelligent document processing, OCR, or multimodal AI solutions.
- Experience within regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Government.

Top Skills Necessary

- Python Software Engineering - 7+ years of software development experience utilizing Python, including API development, backend services, and enterprise integrations.
- Production AI Solution Delivery – 1 year of experience building, deploying, monitoring, and supporting production GenAI, RAG, or Agentic AI solutions.
- GenAI & Agentic AI – 1 year of experience implementing retrieval systems, AI workflows, prompt strategies, agent orchestration, and enterprise AI integrations.
- Full-Stack Development – Have built at least 2 end-to-end applications using backend technologies and modern front-end frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
- Azure AI Services – 1 year of experience deploying AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Foundry, or related Azure services.
