Party Stuff is Winnipeg’s go-to destination for everything celebration! From balloons and décor to themed party supplies, we help our customers bring birthdays, weddings, showers, graduations, holidays and all kinds of special occasions to life.

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable and outgoing Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Regent team.

Candidates must have availability between 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. to accommodate both opening and closing shifts. Some weekend availability may be required, particularly during our busiest seasonal periods.

This is a customer-focused position. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people, is comfortable approaching customers and takes initiative without always needing to be told what to do next.

What You'll Do

- Actively greet and engage customers when they enter the store
- Ask questions about what customers are planning and help them find the right products for their celebration
- Offer ideas, product suggestions and alternatives to help customers bring their event together
- Inflate, assemble and prepare balloon orders — training is provided!
- Process purchases accurately and efficiently at the cash register
- Restock merchandise and keep shelves and displays organized
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming and visually appealing store
- Assist with seasonal merchandising, displays and store setups
- Move comfortably between customer service, balloons, cash and stocking depending on what needs attention

Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred, but we're also happy to consider someone with the right personality, reliability and willingness to learn.
