We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Gas Attendant to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through their fuel and convenience needs. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe, efficient, and positive experience at the gas station while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with fueling their vehicles efficiently and safely
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for cash handling, transactions, and receipts with accuracy
- Conduct product demos for convenience items, snacks, beverages, and automotive accessories
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fueling area, store shelves, and checkout counters
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly without sacrificing quality
- Follow safety protocols diligently when handling fuel and chemicals to ensure a secure environment for all

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or merchandising enhances your ability to promote products confidently
- Strong communication skills for clear interactions with customers and team members
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos helps in upselling and explaining features
- Bilingual proficiency (English plus another language) is a significant advantage in serving a broad clientele
- Basic math skills for cash register operations and transaction accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills to keep the workspace tidy and stocked efficiently
- Customer service expertise combined with phone etiquette for engaging interactions both in person and over the phone
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours effectively
