In this energetic role, you will contribute to the smooth operation of various site activities by performing physically demanding tasks, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring safety and efficiency on site. Duties

- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials around the worksite using manual handling or basic equipment
- Support tradespeople by preparing work areas, holding tools, or fetching supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris, sweeping, and tidying work zones
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing protective gear and reporting hazards promptly
- Help set up scaffolding, barricades, or other temporary structures to facilitate ongoing work
- Perform basic site maintenance tasks such as digging trenches or assisting with minor repairs




- Support team members in completing daily tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines

Experience

- Prior experience in general labour or construction environments is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working in team settings with explicit communication and cooperation
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
- Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability as core qualities
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and adapt quickly to changing priorities
