General Labourer – Manufacturing

We are looking for reliable and motivated General Labourers to join our manufacturing team.

This is a hands-on production position where you will help prepare materials and colour products, support production equipment, move materials, and keep your work area clean and organized.

No previous experience is required. We provide training and all required PPE.

Position Details

Position: Full-Time, PermanentShifts: Monday–Friday, 6:30 am - 2:45 pm

Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm -11:15 pm

Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:15 am Starting Wage: $17.00+/hourLocation: St.

James Industrial

Depending on the production area you are assigned to, your responsibilities may include: Measure, mix, dispense, and prepare paint, colour products, samples, and other production materials.

Read and follow production instructions, formulas, and work orders.

Prepare and deliver materials needed for production.

Use scales, paint shakers, and other production equipment.

Assist with production equipment setup, material changes, and other production activities.





Maintain accurate production records and enter information into a computer when required.

Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.

Lift, move, and handle production materials.

Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Work with other team members to meet daily production requirements.

Perform other general production duties as required. What We're Looking For

Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Comfortable using basic production equipment and computers when required.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. General mechanical aptitude and previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, paint/colour preparation, or similar experience are considered assets, but are not required.

Education &

Experience High School Diploma, Level 12 G.E.D., or equivalent.
