In this role, you will provide strategic leadership for the development, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of ENMAX’s Corporate Business Continuity Management (BCM) program. Working collaboratively across ENMAX Power, ENMAX Energy, Versant Power, and corporate functions, you will help ensure a coordinated and effective response to incidents that have enterprise-wide impacts. This role combines strategic planning, emergency preparedness, crisis response, and people leadership to strengthen organizational resilience, safeguard critical operations, and support the reliable delivery of services to our customers and communities.
Bachelors degree or diploma in Emergency Management, Business,
Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Professional designation or certification in business continuity, emergency management, or safety is considered an asset (e.g., AEM, ABCP, CBCP, CEM, CRSP, CSP).

This role will be part of our hybrid work model that includes Core Days in office (Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays), and more time to focus on Mondays and Fridays, either in the office or at home. The office workspace is located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB).
