You will develop five-year maintenance plans, budgets over $100 million, and oversee critical operations. Ideal candidates will possess deep industry knowledge and strong leadership skills for mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive development and management of major maintenance schedules
• Create production loss forecasting models for outage planning
• Align maintenance plans with asset objectives through partnership




• Lead efforts in OPEX reduction and budget optimization
• Mentor engineers on operational excellence and reliability
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with P.Eng. certification
• At least 12 years of relevant engineering experience
• Solid analytical skills with data modeling expertise
