In addition to managing customs documents and permits, you’ll provide support to the receiving and inventory teams. In this role, you will have the prospect to:

- Plan, supervise, and coordinate all of the subsidiary’s logistics activities (receiving, shipping, warehousing, and inventory turnover of materials in accordance with established procedures)
- Coordinate internal procurement (preparing materials for production orders based on various priorities to ensure the handling and distribution of components to different workstations)
- Monitor inventory accuracy,



inventory age, inventory turnover, receipts, and shipments by performing various checks
- Analyze and manage inventory reconciliation issues in our systems
- Manage the performance of the department and its employees while seeking solutions to improve productivity and quality within the sector
- Supervise department employees
- Assess workforce needs within the sector and ensure the optimization of material flow required to support the production pace of the various product lines
- Oversee transportation and customs-related activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Promote and enforce various occupational health and safety standards and guidelines
- Collaborate closely with various departments to deliver quality service within the operational framework
