A national organization is seeking an Associate Director, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis to join its Corporate FP&A team. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a finance professional with extensive experience in enterprise financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and team leadership.Reporting within the Corporate FP&A function, you will play a key role in translating organizational strategy into integrated financial plans while leading enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes. and Board-level discussionsPartner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Technology, and Operations to improve financial planning and resource allocationAnalyze financial and operational performance, providing recommendations to support strategic decision-makingStrengthen financial planning processes through data governance, internal controls, documentation, and audit-ready practicesLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting quality, and planning efficiencyCoach, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team while fostering accountability and collaborationSupport enterprise-wide financial stewardship through sound governance and effective financial managementParticipate in organizational initiatives and special projects as requiredWhat We're Looking ForCPA/MBA or equivalentBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related disciplineExtensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Budgeting, Forecasting, or Finance LeadershipProven experience leading enterprise budgeting, forecasting,



and financial planning cyclesStrong executive-level financial reporting and presentation experienceDemonstrated ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business recommendationsExperience leading and developing high-performing finance teamsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leadershipAdvanced financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong knowledge of financial systems, governance, internal controls, and data managementExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsExperience within healthcare, public sector, manufacturing, biologics, or another complex regulated workplace is considered a strong assetAbility to travel within Ontario approximately 10% as requiredSince 1951, Drake International has been a global leader in integrated human capital solutions, delivering tailored services in recruitment, assessment and upskilling, operational efficiency, healthcare, and workplace wellbeing.
