Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Product Engineer to join a growing HR technology company in a full time permanent position. This role is a net new headcount to support company growth and is a hybrid chance requiring the successful candidate to work onsite every Monday in downtown Toronto. The Product Engineer will operate in a blended software engineering and product management capacity, helping define, design, and deliver new features for an AI product that is currently in production. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the team during daily stand-ups and one-week sprints, gathering and writing product requirements, developing technical specifications, defining new features, and using AI-assisted workflows and agents to support product development.
