This position is for the New Play – West Edmonton Mall location. You will be expected to work a variable schedule which will include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.AMUSEMENT ASSOCIATE (ARCADE ATTENDANT) – Part-time (15 hours a week)Job DutiesProvide exceptional and friendly guest serviceObtain payment for playcard purchases in the form of debit and creditMaintain cash out operations by following policies and proceduresUpsell playcards to maximize guest serviceRedeem prizes for guests at the Redemption counter and obtain e-tickets as paymentMaintaining redemption operations by following policies and proceduresRestocking of merchandiseAddress and rectify guest comments and concernsAssist in maintaining presentation and working condition of the facility including its amusement equipment, redemption counter,
