Interior Renovation Handyman / Renovation Contractor

Evermore Group is looking for an experienced and dependable Interior Renovation Handyman / Contractor to work on residential, multi-family, and property management renovation projects throughout Calgary and surrounding areas.

We are looking for someone who is versatile, takes pride in their workmanship, and is comfortable handling a variety of interior renovation and repair projects from start to finish.

Scope of Work

Projects may include

- Drywall installation and repairs
- Drywall taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing
- Interior painting
- Wall and ceiling repairs
- Flooring installation
- LVP / vinyl plank flooring
- Laminate flooring
- Baseboard and trim installation
- Interior door installation and repairs
- Hardware installation
- Cabinet and vanity installation
- Bathroom renovations
- Kitchen renovations
- Unit turnovers
- Minor demolition
- Framing and carpentry
- Caulking and finishing
- Fixture replacement
- General interior repairs and maintenance
- Punch-list and deficiency work
- Property management service calls

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience in residential and/or commercial interior renovations
- Professional drywall finishing skills
- Interior painting experience
- Flooring installation experience
- General carpentry and finishing experience
- Ability to complete projects independently
- Ability to troubleshoot and find practical solutions on site
- Strong attention to detail
- Clean and professional workmanship
- Good communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Own basic tools and equipment
- Ability to accurately estimate material requirements
- Ability to work from scopes, drawings, and project instructions
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized job site
- Dependable attendance and ability to meet project schedules





Experience working with property management companies, rental properties, condo buildings, and unit turnovers is considered a strong asset.

Compensation
