Media, we are looking for a dedicated Head of Music Licensing to oversee and grow our music licensing function. This full-time role requires expertise across various rights, excellent negotiation skills, and a hands-on approach to overseeing license management. You will collaborate closely with Media, Education, Finance, and other departments to ensure compliant music use across all platforms and develop effective rights management systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of digital music licensing
- Negotiate licenses with publishers, PROs, and labels
- Collaborate with teams to ensure compliant music use
- Establish a long-term licensing strategy
