and optimization projects across multiple client environmentsTroubleshoot complex networking and infrastructure issues and provide expert‐level technical resolutionWork directly with clients to understand their technical requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutionsSupport pre‐sales activities, including technical discovery, solution design, scoping, and client presentationsDevelop network designs, implementation plans, technical documentation, and best‐practice standardsCollaborate with internal engineering teams, vendors, leadership, and client stakeholders to deliver successful outcomesProvide post‐deployment support and ongoing technical guidance to ensure client environments remain secure, secure, and optimizedParticipate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and after‐hours implementation windows when requiredShare knowledge and mentor other engineers while contributing to continuous improvement across the teamWhat We're Looking ForMust-Haves5+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a similar technical rolePrevious experience working within an MSP, managed services, or IT consulting environmentCCNA or CCNP certification required (additional Cisco certifications would be an asset)Strong hands‐on expertise with Cisco networking, Fortinet, and Cisco MerakiExperience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network environments across multiple clientsStrong understanding of Azure networking, including VNets, VPN Gateway, NSGs,
