In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians on high profile water and wastewater projects for the food & beverage, technology, mining, and energy industries.Supervise and mentor engineering staff,identifyingdevelopmental growth opportunities.Manage budgets, scheduling,

They partner with clients to align people, processes, technologies, and data analytics to modernize water infrastructure, optimize asset use, meet performance goals, reduce costs, and mitigate risk.Prepare complex engineering deliverables for large or multiple projectsAssistin the research to develop equipment and material recommendationsPrepare complex engineering calculations following standard methods and principlesDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplinesLead production teams, coordinate multiple discipline activities, and serve as the responsible charge for a projectClient Interface:Identifykey client interests and drivers for moderately complex projectsCommunicate client concerns to project team members and develop solutionsProvide support for business development or pursuit activitiesManage project changes directly with the client under Project Manager supervisionTechnicalexpertise:Lead large multi-discipline teams to meet project deliverablesProvide input to technical leadership for complex industrial water and wastewater treatment projectsDrive solutions to achieve project goalsManagement Responsibilities:Reviews lower-level engineering work or assignmentsMentoring, and performance management of assignedpersonnelPreferred QualificationsExperience executing multi-discipline feasibility studies, design and construction for industrial water supply,
