The role offers the chance to manage high-profile commercial, multi-family, and institutional projects within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.Role SummaryThis senior leadership position oversees structural engineering projects from inception to completion, managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering wood-framed, concrete, steel, and masonry structures for commercial, multi-dwelling, and institutional buildings. The successful candidate will drive technical excellence, client relationships, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Technical LeadershipManage multiple structural projects from concept through construction, including design, detailing, specifications, and permitting.Provide structural details and prepare documentation using modeling software like ETABS, SAFE, and S-Frame.Oversee teams of engineers and designers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Client & Stakeholder EngagementCommunicate effectively with building owners, architects,
