Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and support ReactJS frontend components for Virtual Care Products. Build Java Spring Boot microservices and APIs supporting SMART on FHIR, scheduling, encounter, patient, provider, and virtual visit workflows. Implement and support SMART on FHIR launch flows, FHIR API interactions, clinical context handling,



and secure integration patterns. Integrate Virtual Care Products with HIS platforms such as MEDITECH, Epic, and Cerner. Design, implement, test, and troubleshoot HL7v2 and FHIR-based integrations using Mirth integration engine and related interface technologies. Support scheduling and encounter workflow integration between virtual care platforms and hospital systems. Support retirement and replacement of legacy TSM functionality by building modern, standards-based application and integration components. Collaborate with architects, integration teams, HIS stakeholders, clinical/business teams, privacy, security, QA, and operations stakeholders. Support API design, data mapping, message transformation, message validation, error handling, audit logging, monitoring, interface reconciliation, and operational support requirements. Work with QA and Test Lead resources to support integration testing, interface validation, regression testing, defect resolution, release readiness, and production implementation.
