Position: Customer Experience Associate
Job Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standardized operating procedures and industry regulations.
- Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities when necessary.
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.
- Help build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
- Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated,
and keeping everyone updated on routine activity status.
- Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist to achieve operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- High School diploma and/or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills to work in a rapid‑paced environment.
- Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.
- A proactive, detail‑oriented individual who can exercise initiative and handle multiple tasks with changing priorities.
- A dynamic communicator with established customer‑experience skills who can connect, both verbally and in writing, with different people in a calm, courteous and effective manner.
