The Role: Relationship Manager (RM)As a Relationship Manager, you will be at the heart of client relationships, working directly with a Managing Director and Wealth Advisors to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience while supporting advisor productivity and growth. This Relationship Manager role is designed for a detail-oriented, client-facing professional who thrives at the intersection of client service, money movement, and operational execution. This is a career path in wealth management with opportunities to develop, grow, and advance in a nationally respected firm with a wonderful culture.What You'll DoPartner closely with Wealth Advisors and Managing Directors to support ongoing client relationships, delivering a professional and personalized experienceAssist with meeting preparation, follow-up, and ongoing client communicationSupport client onboarding, account maintenance, money movement and cash flow management, and suitability documentationResearch and help resolve complex client service and operational mattersParticipate in financial planning support, pipeline tracking, and client review preparationGain exposure to advisor workflows, planning conversations, and long-term relationship managementCollaborate with advisors and office leadership to support operational capacity across teams when neededWhat We're Looking ForMinimum of 3 years of financial services experiencePrior client-facing experience preferredExperience within wealth management, financial advisory, banking, trust,
