Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and skilled Hiring Framers and Concrete Finishers to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise framing and concrete finishing tasks that form the backbone of our building projects. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring structures are built safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to agricultural, and everything in between from start to finish as well as specific trades, all while honing your craft in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to create structures.
- Prepare concrete forms and pour concrete with precision, ensuring smooth finishes and proper curing for floors, walls, and other surfaces.
- Install rebar reinforcement according to schematics and blueprints to strengthen concrete structures.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, tele handlers, scissor lifts, skid steers, power trowels, and efficiently on-site.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to interpret project requirements accurately.
- Apply finishing techniques for a variety of products/services such as stamped, broom, and polished flatwork.
- Set up concrete forms for foundations on housing, shops,



and barns.

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction roles with a focus on framing or concrete finishing.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively would be an asset.
- Skilled in rebar installation, and concrete forming techniques.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery operation.
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and sustained manual labor; ability to work at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols at all times.
- Valid class 5 drivers license.
- Able and willing to show up mon-friday on time.
- Absolutely no drugs on sites.
- Willing to work hard, able to work both individually and with a crew.
