We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Homecare Senior Support Worker to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being. Duties

- Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer medications accurately according to prescribed schedules and protocols
- Assist with meal preparation to ensure nutritional needs are met and promote healthy eating habits
- Support individuals with disabilities or dementia by implementing specialized care plans and engaging in meaningful activities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a protected living environment
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance clients’ mental well-being




- Assist with heavy lifting or transfers using proper techniques and equipment to ensure safety for both clients and caregivers

Qualifications

- Proven experience in assisted living, home care, or nursing home environments
- Strong background in patient care, caregiving, or hospice support services
- Knowledge of dementia care and working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively when necessary
- Excellent communication skills with a caring and respectful attitude
- Relevant certifications in nursing or caregiving are preferred but not mandatory
- Experience working with elderly or vulnerable populations is advantageous
