Join Cariboo Memorial Hospital in Williams Lake as a dedicated Hospitalist. This role focuses on acute inpatient medicine, palliative care, and teamwork in a supportive community setting. As a Hospitalist, you will take on the MRP (most responsible physician) role for diverse patient cases, working collaboratively with specialists.

You’ll be managing 12-16 inpatients during your shifts and have the opportunity for continued growth. We welcome both current graduates and experienced professionals to contribute to our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complex medical and surgical patient care
- Oversee palliative care in acute medical settings
- Collaborate with specialists and family physicians
- Provide flexible part-time or locum opportunities
- Participate in leadership development through NAVIG8 Program

Requirements:

- Licensed physician in British Columbia
- Experience in inpatient medicine preferred
