and integrityDevelop and execute a sales and marketing plan, that includes the showroom, and is designed to grow market share of counter and will call salesDevelop and lead a customer driven sales and service culture in the branchPresent business results during Quarterly Business ReviewOperational ExcellenceResponsible for implementing the Branch Network strategy in assigned branch(es)Understand and drive the Key Performance Indicators driving service excellenceBalances operating expenses with higher level of service, while looking for ways to improve processes and remove non-value-added activitiesImplements proper staffing strategies to ensure flexibility to the needs of the business as well as payroll budgetsEffectively monitors P/L reports to achieve the assigned sales and expense targetDedicates self and team to Operational Excellence by complying with all WFS Ltd. standard operating proceduresLeads a branch that proudly represents WFS Ltd. service and commitment to the customers and team membersCare and control for Inventory Management of assigned branchMaintains safety and security for all team members and customersEnsures the branch, surrounding landscape, and parking areas are properly maintainedEnsure safety policies, procedures are followed, such as, WHMIS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, WSIB, and all related governing legislationDevelop and maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products soldEnsure compliance of workforce with provincial regulations, codes and approved WFS Ltd. operating practicesTalent ManagementCreates an environment where team members are engaged, empowered, enthusiastic, and committed to the success of the companyMaintains an open mind to benefit from diverse thoughts and ideasConducts performance review discussions to ensure that expectations/goals are set, monitored, and executed.Coaches the growth and development of branch team members using available resourcesEnsures key people drivers of Recruitment, Selection, On-boarding, Coaching,
and Rewards & Recognition are executed and drive team member engagementMaintains regular and consistent communication to ensure team has all necessary information to provide best in class serviceEmbracing and encouraging open-door feedback sharing cultureREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS (You Have)Combination of post-secondary education and experience or five years equivalent experience that meets the role requirementsDemonstrates the ability to implement initiatives, manages projects and demonstrates change leadershipGeneral business acumen including an understanding of financial operating statements and key drivers including P&L StatementsStrong presentation skillsPossesses effective time-management skills and a sense of urgencyHas a demonstrated ability to influence and persuade varying levels of internal and external decision-makersAbility to work effectively with cross-functional work groups to develop integrated plansExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsProven experience in a sales and service environmentProficiency in MS OfficePrevious experience with SAP would be considered an assetBilingual in French and English where applicableAbility to relocate an assetVehicle and Drivers' license requiredRewards And BenefitsOur programs provide choice and flexibility to meet your individual needs.
